“一帶一路” 食品合規(guī)管理國(guó)際交流研討會(huì)成功舉辦
International Symposium on Food Compliance Management under" the Belt and Road Initiative" Successfully Held
3月28日,由全國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)食品行業(yè)產(chǎn)教融合共同體發(fā)起,上海城建職業(yè)學(xué)院、上海農(nóng)林職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院共同主辦,煙臺(tái)富美特信息科技股份有限公司(食品伙伴網(wǎng))承辦的“一帶一路食品合規(guī)管理國(guó)際交流研討會(huì)”在線上成功召開(kāi)。此次會(huì)議旨在進(jìn)一步深化食品行業(yè)的國(guó)際交流,提升食品合規(guī)管理的國(guó)際認(rèn)知水平,促進(jìn)“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家和地區(qū)在食品合規(guī)管理領(lǐng)域的經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享與合作。共吸引了一百余位與會(huì)人員參加,為食品相關(guān)企業(yè)、機(jī)構(gòu)、從業(yè)者及相關(guān)院校師生提供了一次深入學(xué)習(xí)、探討與交流的機(jī)會(huì)。
On March 28, the“International Symposium on Food Compliance Management under the Belt and Road Initiative”was successfully convened online. Co-hosted by Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College (SUCC) and Shanghai Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry (SHAFC), and organized by Yantai Foodmate Information Technology Co.,Ltd. (Foodmate.net) under the initiative of the National Production-Education Integration Community of Agriculture Products and Food Industry, the symposium aimed to deepen international exchanges in the food industry, enhance global recognition of food compliance management, and facilitate experience sharing and cooperation in food compliance among Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) countries and regions. With over 100 food industry professionals to attend, the event provided an opportunity for food-related enterprises, institutions, professionals, and faculty/students from relevant colleges to engage in in-depth learning, discussions, and networking.

會(huì)議伊始,來(lái)自上海城建學(xué)院國(guó)際交流處的于麗敏處長(zhǎng)發(fā)表開(kāi)幕致辭,于處長(zhǎng)先對(duì)與會(huì)嘉賓和觀眾表示熱烈歡迎,隨后詳細(xì)介紹了學(xué)院的背景和辦學(xué)理念,并指出食品合規(guī)管理對(duì)于行業(yè)的重要性。作為上海市一流高等職業(yè)院校,上海城建職業(yè)學(xué)院圍繞城市建設(shè)、管理與服務(wù)特色辦學(xué)領(lǐng)域,并設(shè)有食品質(zhì)量與安全專(zhuān)業(yè)與食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè),為食品行業(yè)持續(xù)輸出優(yōu)質(zhì)人才。
At the beginning of the webinar, Ms. Limin Yu, Director of the International Exchange Office of SUCC, delivered an enthusiastic opening remark, in which she firstly welcomed the guests and audience, then introduced the background and philosophy of the college, and emphasised the importance of food compliance management to the industry. As a first-class higher vocational college in Shanghai, SUCC is focusing on urban construction, management and service as school-running characteristics, and continues to educate professional talents for the food industry with its majors of food quality & safety and food inspection & testing technology.

隨后,上海農(nóng)林職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院生物醫(yī)藥與健康系系主任盧洪秀致辭,盧主任長(zhǎng)對(duì)與會(huì)嘉賓和觀眾表示熱烈歡迎,肯定了此次會(huì)議在促進(jìn)交流和增強(qiáng)國(guó)際食品安全意識(shí)方面的重要意義,并預(yù)會(huì)議取得圓滿成功,期待會(huì)議專(zhuān)家的精彩講座。
Subsequently, Mr. Hongxiu Lu, Chairman of the Department of Biomedical and Health of SHAFC delivered a speech. In his address, Director Lu extended a warm welcome to the attending guests and audience, acknowledged the significant importance of the conference in promoting exchanges and enhancing international awareness of food safety, expressed his sincere wish for the conference to achieve full success, and looked forward to the insightful lectures by the conference experts.


在專(zhuān)家講座環(huán)節(jié),江南大學(xué)食品學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)、教授謝云飛給大家?guī)?lái)《國(guó)際化食品專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)》的專(zhuān)題講座。報(bào)告從課程體系優(yōu)化、“雙學(xué)位”“聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)”等模式以及食品專(zhuān)業(yè)教育與國(guó)際接軌的具體措施等方面,深入探討了食品專(zhuān)業(yè)國(guó)際化人才培養(yǎng)的創(chuàng)新路徑,為食品專(zhuān)業(yè)國(guó)際化人才培養(yǎng)提供了理論支持與實(shí)踐參考。
During the expert lecture session, Yunfei Xie, Professor of Jiangnan University and vice dean of School of Food Science and Technology, delivered a keynote speech titled "Innovative Approaches to Cultivating International Food Professionals." Dean Xie delved into innovative paths for international talent cultivation in the context of food majors by exploring three key aspects: curriculum system optimization, “dual-degree”and “joint training”models, and specific measures to align food education with international standards. This study provides theoretical support and practical reference for the cultivation of international talents in the food industry.

This online conference thoroughly discussed multiple key issues of food compliance management, forged consensus among all parties, and established strong synergy. Thanks to the leaders of SUCC and SHAFC for their powerful support, which contributed to the success of this event. During the symposium, the collision and reflection from different topics allowed academic knowledge and practical experience to complement each other, realizing the organic combination of learning and application. Let us collaborate closely under the guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, jointly ensure global food safety, and contribute to the sustainable development of the food industry.
